Colton Ave Stage 3

This is the third, 5 storey apartment block we have scaffolded for Condev in Colton Ave, Lutwyche in the past 3 years.  All 3 developments were built by Condev for Jonic Properties and have been a great success.  On all 3 building, we were engaged to supply the enture scaffolding package, this included the supply of quality scaffolding, experienced scaffolding labour and made all deliveries with our own Moffatt trucks.  The scope of works included scaffolding to the perimeter, internal lift shaft, craneable stretcher stairs, access and stretcher stairs, Loading bays to each floor and pile cap handrails.  This was the third project to successfully complete for Condev in the street and have continued to work for Condev on the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
