Sinnamon Village Aged Care Stage 1

Sinnamon Village Stage One is a large aged care facility being built by FKG.   The project consisted of 6 buildings that were all under construction at once, all at various stages and up to 5 stories high, including a large carpark.  Newnham Scaffolding was contracted by FKG to complete all scaffolding requirements on site.  We supplied scaffolding, experienced scaffolding labour and made all deliveries with our own Moffatt trucks.  The scope of works included scaffolding to the perimeter, internal lift shafts, craneable stretcher stairs, access and stretcher stairs, allowances for Preston Loading bay installation, scaffolding loading bays and roof protection.  This project was a large scale commercial project and our team delivered it successfully for FKG. Since this project, we have continued to build on our relationship with FKG and are in negotiations on other large commercial projects starting in 2018.
