The Ivory Apartments is 7 storey’s high with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units in Upper Mount Gravatt. Newnham Scaffolding was contracted by Sommer and Staff to complete all scaffolding requirements. We supplied quality scaffolding, experienced scaffolding labour and made all deliveries with our own Moffatt trucks. The scope of works included scaffolding to the perimeter, internal lift shaft, craneable stretcher stairs, access and stretcher stairs, allowances for Preston Loading bay installation and roof protection. Newnham’s worked within Sommer and Staffs project timeframe and delivered the project with them on time, safely. Newnham Scaffolding have delivered over 20 projects for Sommer and Staff in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast and continue to work together on large developments.
