Madison on High is 5 levels high with 18 units. Newnham Scaffolding, supplied scaffolding, labour and transport to manage the entire scaffolding package. The scope of work for this Gold Coast scaffolding project covered scaffolding to the perimeter, internal lift shaft, access, loading bays stretcher stairs and roof protection. This job was situated on a tight site on a busy road with overheads powerlines. The project was completed on time and on budget within the timeframe allowed. Rawcorp and Newnham Scaffolding have continued to work together on other commercial projects on the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
