The scope of work for this Brisbane scaffolding project covered scaffolding to the perimeter, internal lift shaft, craneable stretcher stairs, access and stretcher stairs, hoarding, allowances for Preston Loading bay installation and roof protection. The Western elevation was on a busy road, Bowen Bridge Road and the Northern elevation was on the zero boundary of the neighbouring property, the scaffolding had to be cantilevered off level 3 and 4 and then taken up to height. Newnham’s worked within Sommer and Staff’s project timeframe and delivered the project with them on time, safely. Sommer and Staff and Newnham Scaffolding have continued to collaborate on other developments.
